Utena was one of my favorite animes, and a really long time ago, I wanted to cosplay his TV version, then the movie came out! I wanted his movie outfit it looks so much better, back then I hardly had any sewing skills so I didn't bother. I always wanted this outfit and I'm glad I finally made it. The sad part is Miki has really short parts in the movie and he doesn't get to duel. He doesn't have a rose in the movie, but I didn't care, I wanted one. I made a duelist ring, so my dad helped me sand it, and I hand painted the rose crest. It came out really nice. I borrowed my friends blue wig at ax. but after AX i finally got my own. There will be no more versions of this, it turned out really well and I'm happy with it. I will make the TV version one day.
