Remember Quote prices are not final. They are only estimates, Prices may vary.


What we will do:
wig styling, custom wig coloring *will not wash out*,
Cosplay Footwear, props, accessories.

What we will NOT do:
Costumes, armor, cosplay replicas of anything from our personal collection (unless stated otherwise in the portfolio), Metal props. Weapons to fight with.

If you would like to get a commission from us, please send us the following information:

1. Email us with what you have in mind and I will let you know as soon as I can if it can be built.

2. Give good detailed pictures, showing size, (comparison to a character, full body pics work the best). Close ups of details. Different angles. etc. Anything that will help us in building an accurate item.

Please give us at least 2-3 months in advance.

We wont make anything out of metal. *most cons wont allow them* but if necessary we will make metal frames for support *but it will not show in the finished project.*

We will send you the estimate price as soon as we can. 

We only accept 50% of the payment up front, the next half is after items are complete and before we can ship.

By asking for a quote, and purchasing a prop from us, you agree to the terms listed on the terms and conditions page. 

Terms and Conditions

Shipping:

We will ship all props with USPS Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation which normally arrives in 2-3 days. All shipping cost will be determined on the package weight, and your location. We will accept international orders, but shipping will cost more, and it will take longer to arrive. So please plan ahead. Insurance is available for all shipments, please let us know if you would like your item to be insured. 

Payment:

We will accept payment in money orders, cashiers checks, Pay pal, and personal checks. Note that we will wait 7 business days for all personal checks to clear before starting on your item. Please do not send cash, we will not be responsible for lost cash. European Buyers can pay with Euro cash sent with registered mail. 

Please do not wait weeks to send payment after we make the contract. The sooner we receive payment, the sooner we can start. If you wait, then we might not be able to make the deadline and may have to cancel your order.
